Terms and Conditions
- No more persons are permitted to sleep on the premises than number of beds (8). Additional fees will be payable if there are more occupants than advised at the time of booking.
- All breakages must be notified and paid for.
- You have a responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state for the next tenants. Excess cleaning required will be deducted from the security bond.
- No pets allowed.
- Check in time is 2pm onwards on your day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on your day of departure – unless otherwise agreed.
